What counts as a sign-up?
Each referrer and each referred person who sign-up for your campaign or complete a specific action is considered as a sign-up.
What is the plan sign-up limit?
The plan sign-up limit is the maximum sign-ups that are allowed on that plan. For example, the Nurture plan has a sign-up limit of 5,000 sign-ups, total.
What happens when I go over my plan limit?
If you exceed your plan limit, we still allow people to enter your campaigns, but you won’t be able to see the new sign-ups in your reports. To see all your sign-ups, you will need to upgrade to a higher plan.
What happens when I downgrade to a plan with plan limit lower than my current sign-ups?
You won’t be allowed to downgrade to a plan that has a plan limit lower than your current sign-up count. For example, if 15,000 people have signed-up to your campaigns, then you won’t be able to downgrade to the Nurture plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, there is no contract, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Our subscription plans are either month to month or quarterly (for extra savings).
Do I need a developer to use iRefer?
No, our guided on-boarding includes helping you with integrating iRefer to your website. In most cases, you won’t require a developer. But in some specific cases, you might need a technical person at your end to complete some of the integration steps. Also if you want to use our powerful APIs and/or webhooks, then you would need a developer help at your end.
How does your personalized guided on-boarding work?
After our 20-minute consultation and a demo of iRefer, we will ask you to make a onetime payment of $499. A dedicated success manager will then work with you to get your referral program planned, designed, integrated and launched in the shortest possible time. After your referral program has gone live, you will continue to receive priority support.
Do you charge for support?
To give your referral program the best chance of succeeding, we require all customers to go through our personalized setup and on-boarding to help you get the most out of your referral program. It includes integration and troubleshooting call support of up to 3 hours which is sufficient in most cases. Additional call support is $199/hr. Email and chat support is always included.
